NDIS Supports available:

Accommodation/Tenancy - 0106 (Improved Living Arrangements)

Support to achieve your own Accommodation and Tenancy goals which may include help to:

  • Overcome barriers that impact your tenancy

  • Explore and obtain alternative housing

This support is not price controlled and requires quotes to be submitted to the NDIA.

Assist Personal Activities - 0107 (Assistance with self care activities)

Help with daily activities which may include help with: 

  • Cooking

  • Menu planning

  • Preparing shopping lists

  • Money handling

  • Shopping

  • Travel training

  • Attending medical appointments

  • Lawn and garden maintenance

  • Personal hygiene and;

  • Household cleaning







Assist-Life Stage, Transition - 0106 (Coordination of Supports, Increased social and community participation, Improved Daily Living Skills, Improved Living Arrangements)

Short and long term supports that focus on strengthening your ability to coordinate supports and to help you to live at home and participate in the community which may include:

  • Support connection

  • Support coordination

  • Assistance with tenancy and accommodation obligations

  • Life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development

  • Assistance with decision making, daily planning and budgeting

Development - Life Skills - 0117 (Assistance with daily life)

Training and development across a range of life skills which may include:

  • Showering

  • Toileting

  • Shopping for groceries

  • Planning for and preparing a healthy meal

  • Housework

  • Laundering of clothes

  • Addressing maintenance issues or repairs

  • Communicating with service providers and support networks

  • Planning a journey

  • Accessing public transport and;

  • Trouble-shooting issues







Household Tasks - 0120

(Assistance with daily life)

This support is funded within your NDIS Plan if you can’t perform a household task or need help to complete a household task which may include:

  • Changing linen

  • Hanging out the washing

  • General cleaning

  • Meal preparation

  • Shopping

  • De-cluttering

  • Large scale spring cleaning

  • Gardening and;

  • Minor repairs like changing smoke alarm batteries and changing light globes.


Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities - 0125

(Assistance to access community based social and recreational activities)

Individual (1:1) assistance to access and participate in community, social and recreational activities which may include:

  • Attending personal development courses

  • Joining a social group

  • Having a holiday

  • Visiting local places of interest

  • Seeing a movie or concert

  • Attending community events and;

  • Joining a sporting club

Important Information:


Assist Personal Activities (0107) and Participate Community (0125) will be charged at the Transitional Transformation Payment (TTP) rate. This conditional loading assists providers to continue transforming their business in the move towards a more competitive marketplace. The TTP replaces the Temporary Support for Overheads.

In order to access the higher TTP Price limits, providers are required to meet specific requirements as set out by the NDIA. You can find more information on page 12 of the 2019-20 Price Guide 

Candis Plan Support is compliant with the TTP terms and will make note, within an applicable service agreement, that it is entitled to use the TTP support items (and price limits).

The TTP price can be negotiate in circumstances where funding is deemed insufficient. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Candi if you wish to discuss this further.
